Television Host/Producer, Actor, Director, Speaker, Trainer, Business Development Strategist, Technology Consultant

I am the Producer/Creator of Breaking It Down and the Founder of iDiscovery TV, a social television network that, in only 11 months, readied a launch of 9 premium original content show channels with (including outside producer content) over 120 hours of programming covering intellectual thought leadership, eCommerce, app development, and sports.

The iDiscovery project arose from my business development consulting practice which is highly transformational and was the basis for a before-and-after reality show business makeover series. You can learn much of what my business consulting practice can do for you by reading my extensive recommendations on LinkedIn.

Prior to my business, IT and telecom consulting career, I was the Director of Business IT Managed Services (MSP) for 1-800-GeeksOnTime, an award winning nationwide IT services company with over 1200 nationwide technicians.

I was previously its Director of Helpdesk Service Management and designed and developed the company’s proprietary customer service and dispatch management software that was responsible for over 15,000 nationwide service calls each year serving residential, small business and multi location nationwide enterprise clients. In both management roles, I pioneered the development of award winning service practices that included ground up custom software systems and business model design as well as service manuals and operations templates. I also recruited over 800 of its technicians and have over 10,000 hours in technician recruiting, something of a record.

I was also one of the early leaders in eMarketing software and training having developed one of the first recognized internet based lead generation affiliate programs. As the co author of NetMarketing University, a distance learning program, I trained over 3500 people in 1998 how to use the Internet for building traffic and revenue and was recognized in several books and articles for my efforts in this area. My sales force automation software was delivering leads to pagers and Nokia text message equipped cell phones as early as 1997 before text messaging was even on the radar.

Prior to my technology experience I was a sales trainer, business coach, seminar leader and workshop producer. My experience in these arenas grew from my building large scale direct sales and education organizations. From 1986 to 1998 my own personally recruited direct sales groups numbered in the 1000’s of independent agents and logged sales in the 10’s of Millions of Dollars annually. This leadership position led me to create and author award winning training programs and to emerge as a speaker and trainer. I have given 100’s of seminar and speeches to audiences ranging from 25 to 10,000 people.

I also financed and developed a well regarded training and seminar company in Toronto in the early 1990’s and I worked directly with several notable personalities in the field of human potential and business success including Robert Kiyosaki (of Rich Dad, Poor Dad fame) Ken Windes (Founder of The Game Academy) and Darren Hardy (Publisher of Success Magazine).

Prior to my business career, I was a professional actor and director. I have a distinctive and unique grounding in movement and the study of the Alexander Technique having worked with Don Weed, and the late Marjorie Barstow. I studied at the prestigious NYU Tisch School of the Arts where my fellow attendees included John McGinley (Scrubs), Eriq LaSalle (ER), Marcia Gay Harden ( Academy Award winner for Mystic River), and  Ashley Crow (Heroes) I was admitted to the school by Olympia Dukakis (Academy Award winner for Moonstruck).
